We left Canberra around 8am, heading for the coast where my friend Kath lives. Here's the coast...

We dropped in on Kath, a wonderful person who was once my spiritual mentor. It was fantastic catching up with her again, and seeing how happy she was with her new role as a teacher, helping long-term unemployed finding themselves and moving out into the workplace.

We made it to Darling Harbour...



After a seafood dinner at a lovely restaurant overlooking the harbour, we went for a walk. I got some nice night time shots...



We found a Starbucks, had a drink and watched the people go by. It was awesome.
